Jen Smith

Thank you for visiting my website.

Ours in an increasingly design-savvy world. Why is it, that, so many visual communications still fail to fire the imagination, wake the senses, speak meaningfully, spark action?

For nearly 11 years, Jen Smith has been helping clients find a voice to express the genuine and the necessary, the illuminating and the unexpected. Telling your best story gets your business noticed. Telling it in bold and authentic terms keeps your audience riveted. And loyal.

My work is guided by ambitious design thinking and grounded in the particular needs of each client. Together, we move people - - to explore, to wonder, to succeed.

I have more than 10 years of experience in the graphic design field. Through my work, I have developed all-around skills as an artist and am continually striving to think outside the box creatively and strategically.

I am very involved with the market strategy behind the art and strive to create materials with great focus and impact on target markets.

I LOVE my job. It's rewarding to see creative ideas come to life and fulfill a greater purpose!

Pro Fastpitch

Who is Jen Smith?

Born and raised in Fort Collins, Colorado, I grew up with a crayon in one hand and a softball in the other. I have been passionate about art, music and sports my entire life. I am a true Fort Collins native and I know the vibe of this city like the back of my hand!

I received an athletic scholarship to the University of Nebraska where in my senior season, I helped my team finish 5th in the nation at the College World Series. Upon graduating, I was the first catcher in the nation drafted to play in the National Professional Fastpitch league.

After three years playing in the NPF, and after coaching softball for one year at the University of Utah I moved back to Colorado. I then began my full-time career as an artist, building on the skills I acquired through freelance graphic design jobs during my softball career.

What can you expect?

I am very hard-working, creative and dependable. Not only do I have the experience and artistic skills required in today's creative market, I also have eight years experience working in a fast-paced marketing department.

Thanks in part to my athletic background, I am a team player who is comfortable working in pressure-packed situations and am all too familiar handling demanding time lines while balancing multiple projects.

Not to mention I'm friendly and well... a little quirky! I will always win the Halloween costume contest, you can bet on it!
